March 5, 2013 – Submissions for applications open for London 2013
April 29, 2013 – Limited number of candidates called for interviews to be held first week in May 2013 in London
May 15, 2013 – Finalists announced for London 2013
June 3, 2013 – Program Inauguration for London 2013

Applications must be completed, signed and delivered within the open call timeframe to be reviewed. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
A small number of companies will be called for in-person interviews to be held the first week of May 2013 in London.
Candidates should be available to attend in person during this time.
The Advisory Board will narrow the application pool to top candidates that will be asked to come in for interviews. All interviews will follow the same structure with candidates delivering a 5-minute presentation followed by a 10-15 min. Q&A.
Candidates will be judged on the quality of the presentations, the delivery of the pitch, the ability to eloquently argue for and sell their product/company, business acumen and strategic fit with the mission and values of BBC Worldwide.
Once all interviews have taken place, the Advisory Board will deliberate and choose the finalists for the program. The top rated companies must be majority approved by the board.
The Advisory Board will announce the finalists on May 15, 2013.
